We are recruiting for training courses preparing to work in ship security as a leader or member of Vessel Protection Teams. Courses will be conducted beteen 14-19 V 2012

Many maritime security providers in maritime security industry employing Vessel Protection Team Members expect apart from strictly military experience or police background suitable marine environment background and/or experience and demand international certification for Ship Security Officer as well. Vessel Protection Officer training courses programme includes:

STCW training courses:

- Basic safety Training - Those are four training courses about: Personal Survival Techniques, Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting, Elementary Firsy Aid, Personal Safety and Social Responsibilities. Those courses will be conducted by Merchant Maritime Professional Traing Center;

 - Ship Security Officer (SSO) - Training courses were prepared in accordance with International Ship and Port Facility Security Code, International Ship and Port Facility Security Code and corresponding law abode in E.U. and Poland. Training programme was approved by IMO and observes Standards of Training, Certification and Watch keepingSTCW 95. After passing final test attendants will obtain internationally approved certificates.

Courses conducted by Maritime Safety & Security:

- Anti - Piracy & BMP4 - Course contains knowledge of asymmetric dangers at sea, intelligence reported situation in Gulf of Aden area, modus operandi on Somali pirates, Pirates' weaponry and equipment, facilities and equipment for vessel protection, procedures and documents concerning ship security: Best Management Practices for Protection against Somalia Based Piracy 4, ISPS Code and the other documents related to High Risk Area: International Recommended Transit Corridor and Gulf of Aden, Arab Sea and Indian Ocean.

- On board Tactical Training - Practical presentation of duties of security personnel on board. Beside anti - piracy issues there will be consideres rules of engagement of vessel protection team and CQB elements.

Price for all training courses preparing to working in MarSec is 1700 Euro.

All training courses will be finished with obtaining international certificates after positive results of final tests.
